Contact support
Email contact@stellare2e.com, preferably from the email associated with your account. Include the screen involved, what you expected, what happened, and the App version. v1 does not promise a fixed response time.
Protect your account
Never send your password, one-time verification link, access token, or unnecessary private photos. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a privacy or account request.
Common account actions
- Reset a password from the Account screen.
- Permanently delete an account from Account after reauthentication.
- Review Supported Services and Safety before posting.
- Email with subject “OutsideChores Privacy Request” for a privacy request.
Not an emergency service
OutsideChores cannot respond to immediate danger. Contact local emergency services when urgent help is needed.
