We collect account email and identifier; private chore category, title, neighborhood or city, timing, details, status, timestamps, and up to three optional photos; Provider skills, tools, cities, ZIP codes or radius, availability, vehicle description, status, and timestamps; support communications; and security or service events that may include account identifier, IP address, User-Agent, event type, and timestamp.

We use information to create and secure accounts; operate private requests, photos, Provider applications, password recovery, and account deletion; apply service and safety boundaries; respond to support; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; and maintain reliability. v1 does not use this information for advertising, cross-company tracking, data-broker sharing, behavioral analytics, or automatic matching.

Supabase provides authentication, database, private file storage, server functions, and operational or security logs. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a lawful company transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Account content is kept while the account is active or as needed to provide OutsideChores. In-App deletion removes the Auth user, owned private photos, profile, chore requests, photo metadata, and Provider application. Security logs, provider backups, and legally required records may follow separate retention periods and may not disappear at the same moment. The current Supabase plan exposes a one-day log query window; this is not a promise that every underlying provider record is deleted after exactly one day.

Measures include authenticated access, row-level database policies, private photo storage, short-lived signed photo URLs, HTTPS transport, and reauthentication before account deletion. No system can guarantee absolute security.

You may update supported content, delete individual requests, or permanently delete the account in the Account screen. Email contact@stellare2e.com about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request. Rights vary by residence and law, and we may verify identity.

OutsideChores is only for people age 18 or older. If you believe a person under 18 provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
